MindPilot
MindPilot is a clinic offering neurofeedback, a drug-free, science-backed method for treating anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, and burnout. They needed a site built from scratch that could speak to three very different audiences.
The Challenge
The clinic works with individuals dealing with anxiety, PTSD, and ADHD, with companies tackling employee burnout, and with teams focused on performance. A person with anxiety, an HR director, and a team lead come to this topic for different reasons, and the same text won't convince all three.
What We Did
We designed the site in Figma, then built it on Next.js with Tailwind and Sass. Individual clients, corporate clients, and teams each get their own section, with its own messaging and booking path. Appointments go through a custom form connected to the clinic's CRM via REST API. Framer Motion handles the animations. SEO targets searches for neurofeedback, PTSD support, ADHD therapy, and stress management.
The Result
The clinic went from no web presence to a site that explains what they do, speaks to three audiences, and takes bookings online. People looking for drug-free treatment options can now find them.
